Sleek. Sumptuous. Soft.
From the mid-to-late 1990s.
Wear it long or double it to frame your face.
It is somewhat too short to triple comfortably, unless the diamter of your neck is very small.
Made with:
Japanese glass seed beads stitched in a technique inspired by the square ropes invented by Zulu beaders of the Msinga region of KwaZulu Natal. I used to be average a rate of 2 inches per hour when using this technique. So the necklace offered here took me about 25 hours to make.
Oxidized sterling silver end caps and lobster clasp.
Weight:
Lightweight.
Dimensions:
50 1/2” long by 1/4” wide.
Additional Information:
The necklace is signed with my name and the word “Sterling.”
The violet color has faded slightly over time - and this is reflected in the price.
