Antique Venetian glass beads in shades of cobalt, lemonm maroon and white. Made about 125 years ago and shipped to Africa as beads for trading with indigenous peoples. Then shipped back to the West as desirable collectors’ items. Each bead is one of a kind, with its own patterns, shapes and color arrays. Most of the beads are in near-mint condition but a few are lightly chipped.
Contemporary Czech glass beads in a rich shade of cobalt blue, stitched into little cubes.
Oxidized sterling silver end caps and lobster clasp.
