Two of a Kind.
This one I kept as a studio prototype. The other one belonged to my mother, who wore it for many years. In fact, it was my mom who asked me to make an American flag pin.
This one has never even been tried on - because I have yet to install the pin stem.
Made with:
A cast and oxidized sterling silver frame divided into four squares Each square containas two invisible sterling rungs.
Japanese glass seed beads woven into peyote stitch panels which are secured around the invisble rungs mentioned above.
Weight:
Lightweight.
Dimensions:
Just under 1” wide x 1 tall x 1/4” deep.
Additional Information:
I will attach the pin stem and sign this piece before I ship it to its forever home.
