Perfectly Mismatched.
In a dusty shade of mauve that pairs beautifully with a vibrant shade of sparkly moss green.

I no longer remember whether I intended this pair to be mismatched - or whether they originally had matching partners.
Made with:
Tiny, mauve-colored antique Venetian glass beads that are nearly as small as a grain of sand. I used to string them on fine nylon monofilament using an antique lace needled about 6” long. It was painstaking work but I loved building up layers of sinuous color.
Contemporary Czech and Japanese glass beads in shades of sparkly olive and moss. Not nearly as hard to string.
14 karat yellow gold wires that are thicker than most 14 k wires for added stability and durabiity. If your ear lobes are sensitive, please take this into consideration. I have never had complaints about the thickness of these wires - but I want you to know about this issue.
Weight:
Light to medium, with the Moss Green tassel being slightly heavier than the ultralight Dusty Mauve.
Dimensions:
Dusty Mauve earring: 2 1/4” tall including 14 k wire x 1/2” wide.
Sparkly Moss earring: 2 1/4” tall including 14 k wire x 3/4” wide.
Additional Information:
Wear stoppers to help prevent loss. At the moment, I cannot provide them for you because my supplier no longer carries them and I have not yet found a good replacement.
